In my years of buying a car, the best experience I have ever had was with Kevin. He is super friendly and a lot of fun to be around. It was great to go on test drives with him, and not have him overloading me with vehicle information. He knows the right balance, and pays attentions to and cares about his clients. His patience with my decision process was like no other client adviser I've worked with. At no point did Kevin ever pressure me to buy a car or lean on me to go with a particular vehicle. Once I finally decided on a new X5 diesel (order), he went to bat for me. It was nice to not have to get into a battle. By the end Kevin became more of a friend than a client adviser. If it wasn't for him, I don't think I would have ended up in a BMW. Kudos to not only Kevin Miller, but to BMW Concord for hiring Kevin as a client adviser. - Mike B More

She is a Pro though and through, making sure her customers' needs are always met at the highest level. Evidence this several months ago when my gear shifter failed; and, even though my warranty had expired, she arranged for its' replacement almost cost free through BMW's goodwill policy. Oh, and I always get a hug from her...!!! More
