Advisor acting like a technician !!! Please avoid Vernon as your advisor. I miss my old advisor JR Cortez , JR was excellent and always gave me a 5 star treatment. He made it seem like, I dont know anything about my car and there was no problem. He was the worst advisor I had so far. This is my 5th BMW for the last ten years and how dare he brushes me off with my complaints. Vernon refused to acknowledge my complaint and said that my problem is only specifically with that BMW model and that is a normal problem for my BMW. Really?!!! You know of the PROBLEM and then have the technician diagnosed and fix it! My car is under warranty correct? I did not pay $85K to have this problem with my BMW. The reason I remained a loyal BMW customer was for their excellent customer service. One lousy advisor put BMW to SHAME! Vernon you are an ADVISOR and not a technician! Let the technician handle the problem and let the advisor listen to the consumers complain and create a report. Avoid the headache avoid this Advisor!!! More

Through out the process of waiting for the car to be built and delivered, he was careful in setting my expectations. I got my car in the exact time frame he quoted me. Needless to say, he always responded promptly on any questions or concerns I had, with great answers. If I were to buy another BMW, I’d definitely go to him again. More

***** Shady Service Had my car serviced in March and again in April. For the last appointment a starter, tension belt and battery were replaced. For a total of 3700. I've seen several service providers with Amy being the last. Very efficient, kept me up to date daily on the service of my car. Never had the pleasure to meet personally, but loved the quickness of the emails being I am busy. It is now the 2nd of July. Taking a road trip to LA. My tire blows out at 12:30am. Roadside assistance cannot get a tow until 6am on I-580E I sit on the side of the highway all night. Finally, I and my 2 children make it to BMW Pleasanton. It costs 250 to have the one tire replaced. My tire insurance claim was denied because the tires are bald. So I call Concord, and ask to have a second tire complimentary. As I was not told it was dire for replacement. Amy asked for the miles of my car as of this day. It's 3000 more from my last visit. She explained it was not their responsibility to replace it. Considering It was just service with you I would think it is your job as a professional to point out my tire needs. The big ticket items were listed.. but you leave out tire replacement which with insurance runs 50 dollars per tire. The 2 tires did not become bald within 6 weeks. This is poor work maintenance, horrible customer service and shady practices in every way. I will not be returning to Concord. The management and Amy should be ashamed to deny a tire with the upkeep it costs to maintain this car which I do. You've lost a customer. More
