Great Knowledgable Service Advisor!!! Most people will repeat horror stories, but I'll give everyone a break with a positive story. I had a potential nightmare situation with my BMW 335i Turbos, but glad to say that it was diffused and professionally handled by Vernon at Concord BMW Service Dept. I was a little thrown off by the reviews at first but I know many people exaggerate just because they can’t seem to be pleased even if someone goes the extra mile for them. Concord BMW service department goes that extra mile to make sure you are taken care and on your way. (I am always on the go, so this place is great) I've taken my car here several times for routine service, both in and out of warranty. Yeah, for sure buying a BMW is expensive but if you expect it to last servicing it at a dealership is the best way to go. The coupons for service don't come around as often, but they were always willing to work with me every time. I took my car for a problem that occurred on my way to work one morning and handled in a timely mater with a good customer service even though that I was seen at the last minute. Long story short, Concord BMW deserves a bit of recognition for putting the customer first, even when I needed to shuttled to Bart, or to my job. The waiting lounge well, who can say not to a little snack, and cappuccino for days. More

Shop around, but buy at BMW Concord...best deal around! I shopped around (online and in person) and knew a good deal when I saw one. It was worth making the drive to Concord from Sacramento. Mike Bushel is the best auto salesperson I've ever worked with. My previous experiences were typical pressure, jerk-me-around price negotiating. Not so with Mike. He is pleasant to deal with and goes the extra mile to assist you and will follow through to ensure your car buying experience is a successful one. I love my new 328i Bimmer! I highly recommend BMW Concord. More
