Our sales representative Boris Abramyan was honest , straight forward and helped us with all additional questions about maintenance and navigation. He did not try to sell us a car, but help to determine if it was the right choice and explain all pros and cons from the perspective of financing as well as driving and maintenance the car. He understood all our concerns and spend with us as much time as we need for deciding. Documentation and purchase by itself took as usually a lot of time, but he was patient, friendly and careful. He even brought us pizza and always asked if we need something. Highly recommend Boris and Concord Dealership. More

Every time that I have taken my car in for service, I have received top-notch customer service. My service advisor, JR provides outstanding service…he is the BOMB! He is always friendly, knowledgeable, patient and so very easy to talk to. The waiting area is very comfortable and is always stocked with coffee, tea, donuts, newspapers, and TVs. Kudos to the shuttle drivers too, they are always so accommodating and friendly. In my opinion, everybody at BMW Concord provide excellent customer service! More
