Purchased an X5 early last year to find out 12 months later that the 20" run flat tires only last around 10,000 miles and require replacement for around $600 each. We were also recommended that we had an alignment and fuel injection service during our annual oil change to the tune of $550 although the car came with a 4 year/50k service warranty but these two items were not covered in that warranty package. Interesting that none of this is mentioned during the sales process when buying the car and emphasis is made on whats included and not on whats not included. Very uncomfortable with the "up-selling" process of the service department and disappointed in BMW as a company. We like the car but these hidden future costs are extremely expensive and probably will result in not buying another BMW in the future. More

I have been shopping for a new X3 for several months, comparing it to Audi's Q5 and MB's GLX. I wanted to show my son what I was zeroing in on when Brian Perrigo met us in the lot. He is an exceptional sales person on so many levels-- asks the right questions, NO PRESSURE, all problem-solving. A breath of fresh air. I can't say that for other BMW sales people I've seen in action over the years. I ended up completely switching gears after I noticed a used 5-series in the show room. Within a matter of hours, I purchased the 5-series instead of the X3 for a number of reasons. Brian was engaged, patient, honest, helpful and more. He even followed me to my home 30 min away because I had forgotten my driver's license!!! How about that for service. Can't say enough about him. I understand he is new to BMW Concord. You are very lucky to have him. More

I went in to buy a CPO BMW 3 series convertible. I was quite particular with the packages, options, color that I wanted in the CPO with the miles on the car and hence my options were limited. I essentially had scanned every BMW dealership within 150 miles of my zipcode! I finally found a car that seemed to meet my requirements at Concord (which was over 65 miles from my place) and spoke to Haroon on the phone. Haroon was by far the most courteous and helpful BMW salesman I've interacted with over the last month - and I have spoken with one too many at all dealerships. I explained my requirement and my budget to Haroon and he mentioned that he would do all he can to make it work for me and then urged me to visit. I took the drive down to Concord and I don't regret it. Haroon was excellent to work with and he had prepared the car for the test-drive when I came - doing the detailing and cleaning elaborately. He offered us a test drive by ourselves and it was great. He eventually offered a great deal that was mutually acceptable. However, I couldn't collect the vehicle since my financing company hadn't issued me the cheque and since I was very new to the US and California I didn't qualify for the BMW Financial program initially. I was eager to take the vehicle as soon as possible so Haroon helped me provide my UK/India financial documents to BMW Financial and got me a great credit program as well. Strongly recommended - I'm one of those who had done a lot of research before buying my car and I can assure you that Haroon and the team at BMW Concord are great. More

I had been to several dealerships looking for a new car and expected to visit more the same day I visited BMW of Concord. However Peter greeted us at the door and got me in the car I wanted for a price I and expected to visit more the same day I visited BMW of Concord. However Peter greeted us at the door and got me in the car I wanted for a price I could afford. All the while he was very kind, professional and made the entire experience (which can often be grueling) a very enjoyable one. I live 90 miles away and there are 3 BMW dealers closer including one 3 miles from my house, however I'll be heading back to see Peter for my next car. More
