I highly recommend Danny and the Concord dealership. We were looking for a specific model and features and did an extensive internet search. Danny was accessible, responsive, and accommodating - we were pleased with his willingness to provide information and do the preliminary negotiations through email and phone conversations. This was important to us because we did not want to waste our time driving to Concord (we live in San Francisco) if the car was not available or unacceptable to us. When we met Danny, he was pleasant, professional and extremely knowledgable about everything BMW. We discussed the pros and cons of leasing vs. buying and ultimately took the car on the 3-year lease, since that worked best for us. Danny was never pushy or intrusive, but rather informative and helpful; it was actually a very positive experience. We love our 335 and plan to work with Danny for a new one when this lease is up (...hopefully BMW will do something about those awful cupholders...) More

Working with Danny Andrade and the folks at Concord Mini was an experience I will never forget. I felt so at home at the dealership and everyone was so friendly. Danny was a very good salesman. I did BMW's European Delivery and Danny had a lot of experience with the process, so it gave me more confid I've ordered twice through BMW Concord. I did BMW's European Delivery and Danny had a lot of experience with the process, so it gave me more confidence to use the program. Many dealerships and client advisers are not familiar with the European Delivery program and it could cause some headaches and frustrations for the buyer. Plus the transaction was totally easy as everything was done over e-mail. I only had to go into the dealership to sign and pay for the car and to take delivery. I've also used the Service Department and they've always been very helpful too. They also call you the day before to remind you of your appt. More
