Felt like a Wal-mart auto center vs a high end auto service center. I have been there twice now and never a loaner available. I discussed about a tear in the rear arm rest leather and they said not th service center. I have been there twice now and never a loaner available. I mentioned about gas fill cover coming off and they said not their fault. The BMW is only 1 yr old and I bought an extended warranty. More

Wonderful experience to have with a phone call order from out of state. I was eager to get my name down for a car I saw you had for sale and was so happy to have someone who understood that. Eric was great a out of state. I was eager to get my name down for a car I saw you had for sale and was so happy to have someone who understood that. Eric was great at keeping me posted with every step of the process. It was nerve racking waiting for a status of the paperwork while not being able to be there knowing the car isn't being looked at by other customers. Eric kept me reassured during the wait and showed as much excitement about me getting the car as I did. He even sent me an initial video of the car after my first call to let me see the condition it was in, I hadn't asked for this so it was a nice addition.
