Kenny is such a fun, knowledgeable, and friendly young man who helped my husband and I in numerous ways when we were looking for our fifth Mini. Kenny works so hard to answer all of our questions and keeps in touch throughout the whole process. Not only was this our fifth Mini (our first was my teal convertible in 2017), but I’ve already ordered our 6th one- a yellow convertible which will be here in April sometime. I love this dealership and want you to know that you won’t be sorry if you go to Walser! Thank you Walser and thank you, Kenny! You’re the absolute best! More
When I pulled into the dealership, nobody came out to the car to check me in. I kind of stood there a minute and then just decided to go in and find somebody. Everyone just stood around and looked at me until I approached somebody at their desk. He barely made note of me. Waited for my oil change for about an hour and 45 minutes. Then I was sent by text to approve new tires that were suggested to be replaced on the card. Nobody came over and addressed this with me. They were just waiting for a text to come back through. I went up And approached Austin to get more info on the tires. The car was new and only had 15,000 miles. I thought new tires were unusual. He then let me know that this was just a suggestion for next time around. All other dealerships always come and talk to me. Help me out. The service was absolutely terrible. The only reason I continue to go there for my oil change is because it is free included with the new purchase of my car. More

Hard to put into words. Salesman was outstanding. Service center was below average/poor. Zero communication unless i called them. Usually no one would answer so i would leav Salesman was outstanding. I would call back and they acted like they didnt care or i was a bother to them. Took a week and a half for them to do "we owe" work on my car. Did provide loaner but made me go to them to drop off/pick up my car. For a luxury brand dealer, i expect much more than what they did. Employees in service dept area standing around talking with other employees ignoring/not paying attention to customers right in front of/next to them. First loaner i was supposed to take had check engine light on so i went back in and told the lady who finally helped me, even though it was pretty clear she wasnt sure of what she was doing as she had to keep going to someone else. She had to go to someone else and told him. He seemed a bit put off. Just got the feeling i was more of a bother than a paying customer. Only person i know the name of was my salesman, Jonathan and he was outstanding More
