We purchased our previous BMW 540i from Jesus 7 years ago and it was a very pleasant experience. We made an appointment to look at a car Monday morning at 9am. Jesus made us wait over 30 min before he came to get us. He just said... let's go look at the car. Not, Im so sorry I'm late. He did not even in 9am. Jesus made us wait over 30 min before he came to get us. He just said... let's go look at the car. Not, Im so sorry I'm late. He did not even introduce himself. I understand we wee buying one of the cheapest cars on you lot, but we sure won't be back for another one. Very poor customer service. We drove 5 hrs to look at this car. More
