STEPHEN SONNY WAS GREAT BEST SERVICES I GOT INCLUDING MY SALES REP; MY ORIGIONAL SERVICE APT WAS CHANGED FROM A 6:30 APT TO A 2PM. THE CALL CAME IN LATE EXPLAINING NO ONE TO HELP IN THAT DEPT, HE WAS THER SALES REP; MY ORIGIONAL SERVICE APT WAS CHANGED FROM A 6:30 APT TO A 2PM. THE CALL CAME IN LATE EXPLAINING NO ONE TO HELP IN THAT DEPT, HE WAS THERE ON TIME FOR MY ORIGIONAL APT AT 6:30. DIDNT FIND THIS CHANGE ON PHONE UNTIL THAT AFTERNOON.
