However, my interaction with the person handling the financial documents was disappointing—he seemed irritated when I declined the extended warranties and rushed through the paperwork, which created a negative end to an otherwise positive experience. I hope the finance department improves their customer service. Overall, I would still recommend this dealership, and I would gladly do business with Michael again. More
