Alberto Fuenmayor was very professional and courteous. We came unannounced as there were tire warnings for dramatically losing air pressure. I have the BMW tire program and (2) tires were replaced. Not the first BMW I purchased, serviced not what expected. Lack of knowledge from the employees, obviously just wanted to make a sale rather than considering customers needs.
