I happen to have known the original owner of the dealership and I'm sure that he would not be anywhere pleased by the level of service coming out of this dealership. I needed to get my car inspected within three days. I got a video only after I complained and wrote a truthful review over 10 days after I paid them for my service. I have already gone to a different BMW dealership in the area and will not be going back to this particular location. The level of service it's next to 0. More
