I had a great experience with Jennifer at BMW and Mini 2 weeks ago while my daughter was finishing up her purchase with Laz, which he was great too. Jennifer was kind enough to assist me with a few question weeks ago while my daughter was finishing up her purchase with Laz, which he was great too. Jennifer was kind enough to assist me with a few questions I had while I waited. She mentioned she was fairly new, but you honestly wouldn’t be able to tell she was knowledgeable, professional, and easy to talk to. I can already tell they have a great employee on their team. I truly wish her the best in her career with the company, she’s definitely an asset to the team. She provided a follow up on Friday to see how we were doing.
