Would recommend but with reservations. I dropped of my car and there were no loaners available and they don't have a partnership with a car rental company any longer. My X2 required a $30 I dropped of my car and there were no loaners available and they don't have a partnership with a car rental company any longer. My X2 required a $3000 repair that took 3 days. So the extra $150 to rent a car was a disappointment. In addition, you get a 3% charge if you use a credit card, but should you apply for their financing card you don't .... another disappointment for the amount of money spent at the service center. They accept vehicles for same day appointments knowing they can’t complete the service by end of day. Puts you in a bind. Dropped car off at 7:30 am for oil change engine filter change and cabin filter ch they can’t complete the service by end of day. Puts you in a bind. When I made my reservation, I completed all information through the link sent for a loaner car. When I arrived they told me they over approved loaner cars and I wouldn’t receive one. Then they had me wait through the link sent for a loaner car. When I arrived they told me they over approved loaner cars and I wouldn’t receive one. Then they had me wait an hour while working with management to get me a loaner. The service agent said my car would be cleaned inside and out when I returned. It was not. There was a lot of dishonesty in my experience and the customer service could not have been more poor. My agent was apologetic , but no actions were followed through. More
