I brought in my car on March 19 2026, and met with service advisor Brandon Stewart. Very polite and helpful. I went in for an oil change and alignment. The mechanic performed a visual check and sent service advisor Brandon Stewart. Very polite and helpful. I went in for an oil change and alignment. The mechanic performed a visual check and sent me a video. The 3 tires were to be changed, no issue there, and inner tie rod on both side. I was told by the advisor, that the cost of the video of $360USD would be removed which was the case. The cost for alignment would be removed since it would be part of the tie rod replacement BUT it is still on the invoice. I showed the advisor the email I received that I would get a 15% discount on the overall invoice which I did not receive. I was waiting for a call to mention my car was ready and I was finally done by the service manager Tyson Ambrose. I explained the above to him and was told I would not be getting the alignment removed and no 15% discount. The $360 for the video by technician was never asked by me if I wanted it and never told I would be charged for it. I asked the front receptionist if Brandon still works there as I have not heard back from him since dropping the car off. Prior to paying the invoice, I asked the receptionist if I could speak to service manager Tyson Ambrose. He was in a meeting and I said I would wait. 30 minutes goes by and an older couple goes to his office, and they walk away so now he is serving someone else which they bypassed me. I asked him what about me. He said after this couple. Goes back to his office and continues on. Still waiting. Got fed up and went to pay my invoice. I told the receptionist to tell service manager that I will be making a formal complaint about how I was treated and ignored and not provided the right information that his service advisor promised me. When he called me earlier he asked what time I would be there to pick up my car so he would have it ready in front. I provided the valet my invoice and he said will go get the car to get it washed and dried. I had told service manager I would be there at 1.30pm and actually when I got fed up, and gave the valet my invoice, it was 2:15pm. Car was never ready. Definitely I will never go back to this dealership and make sure this gets on social media platforms. More
