Therefore, I stopped by Vista BMW Coconut Creek for a visit and was greeted by Fred. He was very engaging and said, "follow me," and introduced me to Nicole, a BMW Genius. He said, "Nicole is the best and will fix the pairing problem." He was correct. After shutting down a slew of IPhone apps, running in the background, she then paired my phone and brought back ApplePlay to my screen. She fixed it very quickly and I greatly appreciated her courtesy and expertise. Nicole and Fred represent your firm in 5 star fashion. Great job! Thanks so much! 7 years ago! Although I had to wait a very long time for my 2023 X1, Michael made the waiting period a little less stressful for an anxious person like me by constantly updating me immediately, and also updating me when there were no updates. The car finally came in and Michael made the purchase smooth and quick. I was connected with Ramces Hernandez for financing and he was also very knowledgable and did not pressure me into purchasing anything extra. He simply explained them and which ones he thought were most important since I had explained I was a first time BMW owner. He was able to get me a good deal. Even now after having purchased the car two weeks later, Michael is still approachable and reachable about any issues or questions I have had and is quick to resolve.
