We had a great experience at the dealership last week as we purchased our new 2024 X5 m60I. Our sales person Cornelius P was very courteous and accommodating and worked to show us the car right off the show we purchased our new 2024 X5 m60I. Our sales person Cornelius P was very courteous and accommodating and worked to show us the car right off the showroom floor. We had a outstanding sales experience working with sales manager Michael C, who streamlined our deal and made the whole process to save us time at the dealership as we had driven an hour north from Miami. Our car was appraised and we settled on the lease terms for the new car within 30 minutes of agreeing that this was the car we liked. We returned the next day to pick up the car and worked with finance manager Ramses who made the process very efficient and personable. BMW tech genius Emily K went over all the features of the new car and set up everything we needed before we left. Unlike our experience at other BMW dealerships in Miami, this was a very streamlined and efficient experience and they got us what we wanted and took care of us while getting us in and out. Very respectful and courteous dealership that knows how to treat the customer correctly. We had a lot of questions on the new vehicle and they took their time to show us all the new features and why the new X5 was worth releasing. We have been leasing BMWs for many years, but first time at VISTA and will be back again and will recommend others to drive to them over the competition, just as we did from Miami. More

He said, "Nicole is the best and will fix the pairing problem." He was correct. After shutting down a slew of IPhone apps, running in the background, she then paired my phone and brought back ApplePlay to my screen. She fixed it very quickly and I greatly appreciated her courtesy and expertise. Nicole and Fred represent your firm in 5 star fashion. Great job! Thanks so much! 7 years ago! My Service Advisor, Sheri Holtz, is terrific. She is very professional and gets the car fixed just like new, washed, and I am on my way. She is a credit to your company and always has a ready smile. Their service department was top-notch my service advisor Sam M was the best! But now I hear she is no longer employed at Vista BMW. Vista do what ever you can to rehire Sam.
