Service was fast smooth and effortless. Free Uber from dealership to home, and dealership was on point and helpful. Pricy but you pay for what you get. Certainly recommended! Bayerische Motoren Werke Alktiengesellschaft and BMW North America. This case was settled due to a faulty engine (N20) and specifically listed the car sold to me (F25, 2013 to 2015 X3 xDrive28i SAV). Therefore, through fraudulent sales tactics, I was sold a known faulty car. And ultimately this car failed within the first 29 months, and less than 18,000 miles driven. And as of today, BMW Northwest is not accepting any fault nor doing anything to remedy the situation. Incidentally, after informing the dealer of the "dead" car I was immediately contacted by the dealer (BMW Northwest) and informed that there were 2 factory recalls that needed to be done. The car was towed to the dealership and sits there today. More
