Brought my car into BMW for routine maintenance and the experience was wonderful from start to finish. Getting the appointment was easy, took only one call. Once I got there, someone greeted me before I go experience was wonderful from start to finish. Getting the appointment was easy, took only one call. Once I got there, someone greeted me before I got out of my car. Went inside and checked in. Processed and form signed, waited with beverages and snacks available. 1 hour later I was getting back in my washed car. Great experience! More

I have always found the service department knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. And you know, there is always a "but". This is the second time this has happened to me and it is very stressful.....took m and pleasant to work with. And you know, there is always a "but". This is the second time this has happened to me and it is very stressful.....took my car in for annual maintenance, was told it would be ready in 3 hrs. and I WOULD BE NOTIFIED. Three hours, nothing. Four hours. Nothing. Five hours, ditto! Called (no answer), sent txt msg (no reply). Tried calling multiple times, one time I clocked 12 minutes with ring, ring, ring, Still NO ANSWER! Tried again the next day and FINALLY got someone to answer and told my car was ready the day before. So, after cancelling a doctor's appointment and other inconveniences, I finally got my car. Like I said, this non-notification happened once before. How hard is it to txt or call someone to tell them their car is ready? (BTW, the rating I gave is lack of communication; I would give a higher rating for the actual work.) More
