Brett Bostic reached out to me and addressed all of my issues and concerns. He was very pleasant to deal with and understood my frustrations with communication. He clarified the initial concern about an additional accessory and identified that it was only the title and plates that were due and not an actual accessory that wasn’t installed. He also scheduled an appointment at my nearest BMW service center and paid for the battery replacement. On top of that, he directed me to booking a session at a BMW Performance Center which will be a nice date weekend with my wife! Now I’m back to enjoying my 740xi!!
