I believe the dealer should be held responsible for the damage. My vehicle was serviced on September 8, and the door lock was functioning properly at that time. However, after bringing it back for maintenance on September 15, the lock immediately stopped working. Given that the issue occurred directly after the service, it is clear this was not a coincidence, and I expect the dealership to take responsibility for resolving the problem.
