Customer service is not good at BMW Columbia. It is definitely not worth the drive from Augusta. I was told I would be able to use the 10% discount when I booked my service. That was not honored. My wife and I went outside to shop for a new car and no one helped us. The employees outside never even spoke nor greeted us. Overall, I would not recommend this dealership, the staff isn’t professional or friendly. Spend your money elsewhere. More

Service adviser Brantley was excellent. However the length of time estimated for the service work was several hours longer than I had expected or anticipated. I normally would give them 10/10 but today was one of those days. Came in for services ended up slipping and falling on their wet floors. They didn’t have up any wet floor signs and the porter didn’t war those days. Came in for services ended up slipping and falling on their wet floors. They didn’t have up any wet floor signs and the porter didn’t warn me as well of the slippery floor. As i preceded to get help with my vehicle, I noticed the porter putting out the wet floor signs. I asked the manager if he was aware of the incident he stated no and to his knowledge the wet floor signs have been up since they opened. I told him they weren’t and he didn’t seem too empathic with the issue at all. More
