Great communication out of the Columbia dealership, very consistent at all my appointments. Seth took great care of me and I was in and out with no hassles. The "show out" causes chaos and anxiety for customers and staff - when they arrive and monitor the service/production. As customers we could feel the stress in the atmosphere by the expectations set forth by corporate visiting on Thursday June 19. More

The service here is very uneven and very expensive. I checked in with the service advisor, who sent me a text with an estimate of the cost. Shortly thereafter, I received a video walk around of my car I checked in with the service advisor, who sent me a text with an estimate of the cost. Shortly thereafter, I received a video walk around of my car, saying my tires had dry rot and needed to be replaced. Highly unlikely. I finally got the text saying the car was ready. Over $700 for very basic service (oil/filter and cabin air filter), many times the estimate. I was told that the computer automatically assigns the estimate and it’s always the same. Ok, so why send it? I asked about the dry rot. The advisor laughed and said “wrong video.” Ok, but whose inspection did I get, and who got mine? Finally, I had asked them to replace the wiper blades, which they forgot. I had to wait while they did that, but at least they didn’t charge for them. More
