Took vehicle in for routine service. They recommended an all wheel alignment even though they just did one 4-1/2 months ago with new tires. They said it was due to the amount of miles w They recommended an all wheel alignment even though they just did one 4-1/2 months ago with new tires. They said it was due to the amount of miles we drive. I told them no. 4-1/2 months and 6,000 doesn’t warrant a new alignment unless there are signs of uneven wear. Turns out they wrote down the mileage wrong and added 16,000 between the time it entered the shop and the time it left. Three hours and 16,000 miles. Maybe an honest mistake. Maybe not. Sloppy at best. More
