Compared to other BMW dealerships, this service department was lacking in several areas. No one greeted me when I exited my vehicle, and I had to walk in to find assistance. This was my very first department was lacking in several areas. No one greeted me when I exited my vehicle, and I had to walk in to find assistance. This was my very first visit. Eventually, I approached a service advisor who did help me. The waiting area had very few outlets to charge devices, which was inconvenient as I was working remotely. The only complimentary beverage available was coffee water, and there was a poor selection of BMW apparel and accessories. Having visited Hendrick BMW and Chapman BMW, I can confidently say this location falls short in terms of customer care and service. More
