I took my car in on Aug 30 Friday and did not receive it back until Sept 3 Tuesday. When I dropped off my car, I informed the BMW representative that I needed it by Monday. She assured me that someone would back until Sept 3 Tuesday. When I dropped off my car, I informed the BMW representative that I needed it by Monday. She assured me that someone would be there, and I could pick it up on Monday. However, I did not hear back until Tuesday. When I finally received my car, neither the inside nor the outside had been cleaned, despite the representative telling me it would be done. This is not the first time I’ve experienced delays or issues with this BMW service department, and I purchased my car from this dealership. More
