My husband and I were stranded in Columbia, SC when our car broke down. After being towed to the BMW dealership on a Saturday at 5:45pm ( they closed at 6pm), we were met with much kindness and concern. Lu car broke down. Luckily, a family member came and took us to the airport to rent a car. However, that was one of the first questions we were asked by Tony to make sure we had accommodations and if not he would set it up for us. Our car was fixed by mid Monday afternoon. As we were from out of town, Tony told us he would wait for us to arrive to pick up our car even if was after closing. We had a great experience and would recommend this dealership 100%! More
