BMW of Columbia gives excellent service. They are very accommodating and courteous. There has never been a time that I did not received great service. My only complaint is the costs involv They are very accommodating and courteous. There has never been a time that I did not received great service. My only complaint is the costs involving parts and labor. Even with a discount I still am having to pay exorbitant costs for repairs. With the exception of purchasing tires, BMW of Columbia has done all of my repairs. Therefore, I feel I am considered a repeat customer which should count for something. I am not blaming your service advisor, he was excellent. I only wish that someone in management would reach out to me and offer me an explanation regarding costs involved with repairs.
