Went in for a regular service. I booked through the website for %15 off "service Saturdays". Long story short they acted like they'd never heard of the offer. Wanted to change the prices of my services so that when they gave me the %15 it was the same. There was a bunch of back and forth "car salesman" antics only for me to pay and drive off without them ever having reset the service light. It's showing 600 miles past due. 😩 More
I worked with a different advisor for my service. However my experience with Austin was consistent with my experiences with Mark which is very customer friendly. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had getting a vehicle serviced. I dropped it off to get a parking sensor repaired. After choosing not to make repairs because of anticipated cost, they were still vehicle serviced. I dropped it off to get a parking sensor repaired. After declining services through their preferred text option I tried calling multiple times for 1.5 days to confirm I could come pick up the vehicle. Every time I was told I’d be called back but never was. More
