I got my car back in worse condition than before I took it to get it diagnosed and when I tried to inform the person that was handling my paperwork that the car is performing worse than it did before I too it to get it diagnosed and when I tried to inform the person that was handling my paperwork that the car is performing worse than it did before I took it to them, I was ignored and told that I should do the recommendations that was given because that's the reason the car is performing that way.
