UNPROFESSIONAL, UNETHICAL AND ARROGANT – BMW of Columbia listed a 2022 CPO BMW X5 with 11,101 miles on it. After a “little negotiating” and by little I mean barely any skin of their nose especially after th listed a 2022 CPO BMW X5 with 11,101 miles on it. After a “little negotiating” and by little I mean barely any skin of their nose especially after their ridiculous add on for Resistall (Glorified Armor All). We placed a deposit on the SUV, they took down the online listing, a few days pass and I got a call from the finance manager, while we go through the numbers the mileage miraculously changed from 11,101 to 14,495?! A difference of 3,395 miles – that’s not a test drive, that’s a quarter of a year drive. BUYERS beware of their UNETHICAL practice. These guys are clueless and arrogant. Zero follow up from Scott Bibbs, this guy has absolutely no clue as to what he’s selling. Sam Reynolds after 25 years of car sales experience, one would expect better basic math skills. Take ownership of your mistakes instead of talking down to your clients. Just because we’re out of state doesn’t give this dealership the right to belittle buyers or pull the wool over their eyes. READERS: This isn’t the first time this dealership tried to BAIT AND SWITCH – Go read DealerRater.com July 2020 where Sam Reynolds is involved in another major mileage discrepancy sale. More
