I’ve had an unusual problem with my new car, one that is difficult to diagnose. I can’t say enough about how hard everyone involved is trying to accurately diagnose and solve the problem. This was a terrible experience I went here for a simple oil change and a multi-point inspection of my car. They took a very long time, poor customer service, and I never received the information regarding oil change and a multi-point inspection of my car.
