Good sales team overall but lack of customer service I bought my X3 about a month and a half ago and waited as long as possible to write this review due to a promise for minor superficial repairs for par I bought my X3 about a month and a half ago and waited as long as possible to write this review due to a promise for minor superficial repairs for parts that were supposed to be arriving soon. Jay is super personable and fun to work with but as of yet my glovebox and windshield have yet to be fixed which is disheartening. I really wanted to give five stars but the lack of follow through post-sale on unfulfilled promises is what has prompted three stars. More
