Warranty on repair -BMW feels not responsible for their work Had the transmission sealing replaced by the previous owner a year ago(ca. $1000,-). One year later the transmission leaks again. Had the car at BMW C Had the transmission sealing replaced by the previous owner a year ago(ca. $1000,-). One year later the transmission leaks again. Had the car at BMW Charlotte - they clearly identified the poor work as reason for the leakage. Now same repair is needed but with the added oil pan replacement (+$150,-). The new repair statement/summary clearly says that the pan was good but because it was reused it wrapped what leaded to leakage. BMW of Columbia was not cooperating for any reimbursement and denied any responsibility. Bad service and insufficient advise by the mechanic without any responsibility afterwards, that's not "the ultimate driving machine" approach. What makes it even worse is that they would not pick up the phone afterwards and let you wait as much as they can... that's not what I am used to receive as service from BMW. More
