First time purchasing a vehicle out of state. Morgan was responsive and helpful with every phase of purchasing our vehicle. I am so happy with my new car! This dealership excels in customer service. The dealership offers fair pricing , honesty and transparency and excellent customer service every step of the purchasing process including vehicle certification, available financing, title and state registration and licensing for out of state. We needed to have the vehicle inspected and tested for emissions ..the vehicle was perfect with the exception of an issue with one tire and Group I Automotive overnighted a check to pay for the new tire. The delivery charge was reasonable and the delivery service was excellent. We typically buy new vehicles locally but wanted to purchased a gently used convertible..found the perfect car and the perfect dealership. Would definitely consider purchasing a vehicle out of state with this dealership again. If you cannot find the vehicle you want, don't hesitate buying a vehicle from BMW of Columbia.
