My Yearly Service Appointment went well on my BMW X-1. I was pleased with my Service Associate, Mark Dickson. He was thorough and helpful. Uber drivers provided by BMW were prompt with pickups. I asked for a routine service which the onboard computer said it was time for, to check the front windshield washer because it was not working, and to replace the back windshield wiper blade which was falli said it was time for, to check the front windshield washer because it was not working, and to replace the back windshield wiper blade which was falling apart. It took two days for them to do this in spite of the fact that I had an appointment for the service which I was told would take a "couple of hours." When I got the car back the rear wiper blade had not been replaced and the front windshield washer still did not work. When I checked the washer fluid reservoir was completely empty. They clearly didn't even check. Now I wonder if they actually changed the oil or did the other things that they charged me over $1000 for! My recommendation is to NEVER use this dealership! More
Service was great, the person who handled my service was very good. I was kept in the loop the entire time. The only complaint I have is it took 3 hours and 45 minutes from entering to leaving. They did have an UBER service but I live 35 minutes away from the dealership. I wish that when I said I was going to stay with my vehicle (when making appointment), that they had told me it would take that long. Also, could you put the closed caption on the TV in the waiting area, since you had it turned down so low I couldn’t hear it. More
