Very shady. . I had tried to get a quote for front brakes and rotors a couple months ago .Service advisor said I need to buy parts from parts department then he w . I had tried to get a quote for front brakes and rotors a couple months ago .Service advisor said I need to buy parts from parts department then he would quote me labor.. which brings me to the actual service that was done. So,based on what I was told(needed to buy parts from parts department) , my service advisor provided me a quote(which seemed high)but since I assumed I would be charged for what I would pay if I walked 20 feet and bought them personally. So, service finished, I paid. The next day I thought I'd just check there website for the parts just to ease my mind... and I was overcharged by over$200. I emailed the service advisor. When I got home from work I called the service advisor, he tried to tell me that on their website, the prices are wholesale and you need to prove you own a dealership or some crap like that in order to get those prices!Which is a flat out lie! I purchased a valance for another m4 a few years ago,paid walked in and picked it. He told me I could contact parts department but their not gonna refund anything! Absolte untrustworthy service department. More

My loaner car was filthy inside and out. Had glass in the backseat, smelled like dog.
