Mo was absolutely wonderful to work with. He found us just exactly what we were looking for and then made the deal seamless and efficient. Laurel, the sales manager, the Finance mgr as well as Mo are sup just exactly what we were looking for and then made the deal seamless and efficient. Laurel, the sales manager, the Finance mgr as well as Mo are super personable and there was never a moment where we felt like there was going to be a winner and a loser in making the deal. Such a relief! I normally dread car shopping, but this was a VIP experience and then we were welcomed into the BMW family! Such a great day- highly recommend! More

I hate that I have to give this poor review, but I feel it's necessary to address my experience with this dealerships service department representative. If it were not for this individual the dealership as it's necessary to address my experience with this dealerships service department representative. If it were not for this individual the dealership as a whole was excellent. The issue I have with this representative (Daniel) was the poor explanation of the most expensive part of what my diagnostic said I needed. Rather then walk me through exactly what was going on with my older (2000) 328i he basically told me what it would cost ($3,500), and that I could take it or leave it, not in those exact words, but very close. I bought this car for my son in college from the original owner, and it's in mint condition, (only 80k miles) with all scheduled maintenance done at Kuni BMW. I wasn't expecting to have a maintenance issue that would cost me more then I paid for the car, so I had questions. Daniel made me feel as if I was annoying him by trying to understand EXACTLY what was going on. Not to mention why the price quoted was double the amount of two other very reputable BMW repair shops (Stuttgard Autowerks) and (Boyd Motor Werks) It's not that I have a problem getting any work done that needs doing, but I also don't have money to waste. I understand dealerships will be at a premium, but Daniel made me feel like, if you can't afford us, take your car and go. I didn't even get to speak with an actual mechanic. So for that reason if I EVER do purchase a new BMW it won't be from this dealership. Because of this one individual. I'll also send any family, friends, and co-workers somewhere else. More

Mo was very helpful, efficient and a pleasure to work with. He was very patient with me and accommodating as I had him pull around many cars for me to see! We narrowed it down though and I love my new with. He was very patient with me and accommodating as I had him pull around many cars for me to see! We narrowed it down though and I love my new car! Nothing but good things to say about the people of BMW of Portland in general - and Mo specifically - Attentive. Professional. Courteous. He represents the dealership very well. He never made me feel rushed Portland in general - and Mo specifically - Attentive. Professional. Courteous. He represents the dealership very well. He never made me feel rushed and he took personal responsibility for making sure I was able to look at each car I wanted to, going above and beyond to allow me to make the best decision for me and my 8 months pregnant wife on our terms. While I initially had communicated with Greg online, he was taking care of another client when I arrived at the dealership (unscheduled and unannounced). Greg took the time to greet me and introduce me to Mo. The transition was professional, and I never felt that I was being passed off on to anyone. Finally, the financing paperwork was smooth, quick and painless. The lack of sufficient/clearly designated customer parking was the only thing preventing me from giving the dealership five stars overall. Very easy company to do business with; just not very easy to access! More

I’ve purchased more than 20 cars over the years and this was probably the best car buying experience I’ve had. I first contacted Mo over the internet and he was fast and responsive to every question I had was probably the best car buying experience I’ve had. I first contacted Mo over the internet and he was fast and responsive to every question I had. We showed up around 4pm and it was pretty busy. While juggling other clients, Mo was very attentive to us. He allowed my wife to look at all the cars she needed to and answered every question we had. Even though the dealership closed at 6pm and we were well past closing time, We never felt rushed and ended up purchasing 2 cars. Great work to Mo. He is a valued asset of your company. I will be sending business his way! Damion More
Purchased a CPO 2017 BMW 330i from this dealership last November. I'm from California and for some reason, this dealership told me I had to pay a flat rate of $1000 for the registration fee. I have purchas November. I'm from California and for some reason, this dealership told me I had to pay a flat rate of $1000 for the registration fee. I have purchased many used vehicles out of state and never have I been billed that much for registration. When I questioned the fee, the salesman told me it's a mandatory fee that they have to charge and that if the actual registration costs less, they will refund me the difference. What follows is the dumbest series of events: 1. Even though I am paying the Oregon dealership a $1000 registration fee, I was still required to get the vehicle inspected, smogged, and had to mail those documents back to the dealership. 2. In the time I was waiting for my registration, the temp plates expired twice so I had to request two more temp plates from the dealer which they mailed me. They then billed me $50 each for those temp plates. 3. After a couple months, I finally receive the registration and invoice breakdown. Total bill: $955 with a late registration penalty totaling almost $300. 4. I'm then told by the finance manager it was my fault for taking too long to send in the vehicle inspection and smog THAT I WAS FORCED TO PAY $1000 FOR YOUR DEALERSHIP TO HANDLE. 5. When I told the finance manager that the salesperson was the one that emailed me stating the $1000 registration fee was mandatory, I was told to contact the salesman. What a great dealership experience! From the very beginning and on multiple occasions, I had requested that I handle the registration myself. Using the CA DMV registration calculator, I calculated owing about $400-500 for the registration fees. Do not let this dealership force you into a flat rate $1000 registration fee. Cherry on top, the dealership uses stock photos for vehicles they have listed that don't actually have some of the features (blacked out kidney grills, window tints, HID headlamps). More
My wife Was interested in a courtesy X2 that was for sale on the lot. I despise going to portland for anything, and not having had any experience with BMW of portland, I was hesitant. We drove up from salem on the lot. I despise going to portland for anything, and not having had any experience with BMW of portland, I was hesitant. We drove up from salem without calling to check out the car. They were pretty busy at the time, but made sure a salesman got to us when I asked for one. This is a big thing for me, I hate predatory sales people that ambush you as soon as you pull on to a lot. The fact they left us alone until I asked was my first positive experience. Our salesman Eric Dobson went way above and beyond. There was zero pressure to buy, and he made sure we were comfortable with our choice. The whole buying experience was extremely easy and relaxed. Eric made sure we were getting exactly what we wanted in a vehicle, and had very good and extensive knowledge of all models. I'm a car guy and asked some very specific questions that all were answered without him having to look it up. Eric even pulled up the entire history of our current 3 series just for our info. The financing department was also very low pressure and easy experience. We were offered some extended warranty and service plans, but never felt pressured to buy. Took maybe about 20 min total. After that was all done came the part that impressed me the most. Eric met us outside and proceeded to go over every feature and setting in the car for us. he spent about an hour making sure we were comfortable operating everything and sent us several links for further training on the electronics. Overall my wife and I were Very impressed with the whole experience. I would highly recommend BMW of Portland as well as any Lithia dealership. We had a similar experience buying our 3 series at another Lithia dealer. More
