I’ve purchased more than 20 cars over the years and this was probably the best car buying experience I’ve had. I first contacted Mo over the internet and he was fast and responsive to every question I had was probably the best car buying experience I’ve had. I first contacted Mo over the internet and he was fast and responsive to every question I had. We showed up around 4pm and it was pretty busy. While juggling other clients, Mo was very attentive to us. He allowed my wife to look at all the cars she needed to and answered every question we had. Even though the dealership closed at 6pm and we were well past closing time, We never felt rushed and ended up purchasing 2 cars. Great work to Mo. He is a valued asset of your company. I will be sending business his way! Damion More
Purchased a CPO 2017 BMW 330i from this dealership last November. I'm from California and for some reason, this dealership told me I had to pay a flat rate of $1000 for the registration fee. I have purchas November. I'm from California and for some reason, this dealership told me I had to pay a flat rate of $1000 for the registration fee. I have purchased many used vehicles out of state and never have I been billed that much for registration. When I questioned the fee, the salesman told me it's a mandatory fee that they have to charge and that if the actual registration costs less, they will refund me the difference. What follows is the dumbest series of events: 1. Even though I am paying the Oregon dealership a $1000 registration fee, I was still required to get the vehicle inspected, smogged, and had to mail those documents back to the dealership. 2. In the time I was waiting for my registration, the temp plates expired twice so I had to request two more temp plates from the dealer which they mailed me. They then billed me $50 each for those temp plates. 3. After a couple months, I finally receive the registration and invoice breakdown. Total bill: $955 with a late registration penalty totaling almost $300. 4. I'm then told by the finance manager it was my fault for taking too long to send in the vehicle inspection and smog THAT I WAS FORCED TO PAY $1000 FOR YOUR DEALERSHIP TO HANDLE. 5. When I told the finance manager that the salesperson was the one that emailed me stating the $1000 registration fee was mandatory, I was told to contact the salesman. What a great dealership experience! From the very beginning and on multiple occasions, I had requested that I handle the registration myself. Using the CA DMV registration calculator, I calculated owing about $400-500 for the registration fees. Do not let this dealership force you into a flat rate $1000 registration fee. Cherry on top, the dealership uses stock photos for vehicles they have listed that don't actually have some of the features (blacked out kidney grills, window tints, HID headlamps). More
My wife Was interested in a courtesy X2 that was for sale on the lot. I despise going to portland for anything, and not having had any experience with BMW of portland, I was hesitant. We drove up from salem on the lot. I despise going to portland for anything, and not having had any experience with BMW of portland, I was hesitant. We drove up from salem without calling to check out the car. They were pretty busy at the time, but made sure a salesman got to us when I asked for one. This is a big thing for me, I hate predatory sales people that ambush you as soon as you pull on to a lot. The fact they left us alone until I asked was my first positive experience. Our salesman Eric Dobson went way above and beyond. There was zero pressure to buy, and he made sure we were comfortable with our choice. The whole buying experience was extremely easy and relaxed. Eric made sure we were getting exactly what we wanted in a vehicle, and had very good and extensive knowledge of all models. I'm a car guy and asked some very specific questions that all were answered without him having to look it up. Eric even pulled up the entire history of our current 3 series just for our info. The financing department was also very low pressure and easy experience. We were offered some extended warranty and service plans, but never felt pressured to buy. Took maybe about 20 min total. After that was all done came the part that impressed me the most. Eric met us outside and proceeded to go over every feature and setting in the car for us. he spent about an hour making sure we were comfortable operating everything and sent us several links for further training on the electronics. Overall my wife and I were Very impressed with the whole experience. I would highly recommend BMW of Portland as well as any Lithia dealership. We had a similar experience buying our 3 series at another Lithia dealer. More
I strolled into BMW late afternoon. I’ve never looked at BMW vehicles before and Mo was really nice to to show me the different models in the show room. We walked to another lot since I wanted to see a smal BMW vehicles before and Mo was really nice to to show me the different models in the show room. We walked to another lot since I wanted to see a smaller sized vehicle. It was covered in snow but Mo still went to grab the keys to show me the interior of the vehicle and offered to test drive it. He even tried to brush the snow off the front of the vehicle with his hands so I could get a better look. At first I was hesitant to test drive because of the road conditions but after going over some great numbers I decided to give it a try. Mo gave me an easy route where I could avoid the icy road conditions. Test drive went great! While waiting for the paperwork to get finalized he would check in occasionally to give me an update and asked multiple times if I needed anything while waiting. Overall, Mo was able to accommodate everything I asked for. He understood what I was looking for in a vehicle and worked with his manager to give me the numbers I wanted and more. He is a very friendly and personable person. I definitely was not planning on going home with a car that day but it happened thanks to Mo! This is my first time owning a luxury vehicle and i’m glad that I was able to have a great experience here at BMW Portland. More

Mo was a great resource from the get go. He identified cars we were interested in, reviewed our lease/ buy options and provided an excellent competitive bid to help us make a decision.
