Wally knew we were looking to trade one of our i3s in on an X1 after a recent test drive and when the perfect car came in, he promptly let us know. The deal was made over the phone, and we picked the car up end of day. The process took about 30 minutes and we were out the door with our new ride! Everyone involved took spectacular care of us, as always. Dealing with Portland BMW is even better than Nordstroms. Wally is always a pleasure to work with, it's like I'm buying a car from a friend, rather than a corporate entity. He always keeps it light and makes the process easy. I always feel like I'm being treated with tremendous respect, rather than being hustled - as can be the case at other dealerships. Portland BMW gets my highest recommendation. More

I've been working with Michael Bonney now for a number of years and we own six BMWs, from vintage to current, as well as an i3 electric car. BMW Portland services them all with equal care, expertise, and enthusiasm. Michael takes spectacular care of us and our cars. The work is always completed on time, on budget, and correctly the first time. A few times, we've even arrived to find the work performed has cost less than we were quoted. Michael and his crew always goes above and beyond what I expect. Because my work life is incredibly hectic, it is a true asset to have Michael and his team at Portland BMW. As a result of his exceptional service, I never have to worry about my cars ever being an issue. I know things will always be handled to perfection and that is a tremendous relief. It's also worth mentioning that the staff has taken equally good care of a few friends of mine, that did not purchase their BMWs at this dealer, so don't let that stop you from inquiring for service. You never know, you might become a customer for your next BMW there! More

Appointment now set with car genius to go over all the ins and outs of the car. They're also very quick to respond to your inquiries on the vehicle. I won't go anywhere else for a car. Customer Service is no longer important here... Purchased a X5 Diesel. Never once did I get a face to face meet and greet with the sales manager - she was too busy, I guess... I had to REPEATE Purchased a X5 Diesel. Never once did I get a face to face meet and greet with the sales manager - she was too busy, I guess... I had to REPEATEDLY inform them NOT to Blow up my credit with inquiries, for I was already approved by my Credit Union. Even when I was signing papers with the finance department, I had to make them print the sales agreement over again, for they had it listed as "Selling" the loan to BMW Financial (of which I did not want - my Credit Union had better rates!) I arrived, prepared to purchase and take delivery of the vehicle. Vehicle was not ready, although it was advertised as such? Had to wait several days (after paying for it) to take delivery of it. Then, when I arrived, I ended up taking it out of the warehouse myself, for the staff was too busy..... Could have been a much smoother experience with a more personal touch? Since 2004, I've purchased and owned 14 BMW's (3 in the past year alone). Several of which were purchased at this location (although under the old Rasmussen Name back then) with this purchase being the first with the new ownership. Can't say I'm impressed. Being a BMWCCA member didn't seem to do anything either......most likely this will be my LAST purchase from this location. There are other dealerships that want business and are willing to provide good customer service, to earn it. More
