Good but can do lot better I happened to buy a used 2016 328 Xdrive and Jared gave me a great deal. But the car was really really unclean and dirty. The boot was dirty with small dust particles and since I went to the dealership during the closing hours to pick up the car I did not want to wait a another day. The BMW genius missed calling me. After repeated calling, they finally fixed an appointment. I have started noticing that the leather near the driver's seat slowly getting stretched. No communication what so ever after getting the car. I don't even know if I'm on their contact list for any deals or promotions. Better do to BMW kuni since they have a solid customer service experience. Looks like BMW portland only want to sell the car. More

I especially appreciate how they helped to address pricing considerations transparently even before I took my test drive. This flipping of the script is a welcome change from the stereotypical experience: settle on the car you like, then claw your way to the finish line hopefully with your dignity in tact. By reversing pattern, BMW Portland enables you to actually enjoy your car purchase and make a more thoughtful decision. Service also deserves mention, as Jesse B. (who I had worked with on my previous car) coached me through the finer points of maintaining a car with notoriously finicky black paint. It all left me feeling pretty good about the purchase and the months ahead. More
