Will Wahlin is a rockstar who made this experience the BEST service department experience I've ever had! I brought my car in for some recall work and to get a new key via a third-party warranty. He went through extra hoops to work with the third-party warranty company and even preemptively reached out to them when he discovered a service issue during my recall repair. He was extremely helpful and kept me well informed during the entire process. He wasn't ever condescending; just friendly and genuinely concerned about making sure I knew what was going on with my vehicle. I didn't buy my vehicle from BMW of Portland but because of the great experience I had with Will, I will be sure to consider them when I am ready for something new!
