When I came to drop off my vehicle for an oil change the guy tried to tell me I needed $1000 worth of xxxxxxxx. I get it I work for a lithia dealership but when I told him that he didn’t back off. Just disappointed I just wanted my oil changed and my codes for the oil change to be cleared and they did the oil change but didn’t do the clearing the codes. Just kinda lame man. So, I brought in my car with a tire issue. I inflated it before bringing it in, and noted which one was flat (rear/passenger). They were super helpful and turned it around quickly. However, they replaced the wrong tire, and then were unwilling to help fix the issue (and tried to gaslight me about which tire I claimed was a problem, though it was clearly documented in the intake form, which I had a copy of). I brought it back, and even helped find the insurance info for a replacement, and they ghosted me repeatedly. So, it's still a problem for me, and I don't expect that they'll deal with me at all. Never again. More
