4th BMW, 3rd from BMW Portland My wife and i had a European vacation on the horizon and as my last BMW was 14 years old, decided to opt for a Euro Delivery. We have moved to Olympi My wife and i had a European vacation on the horizon and as my last BMW was 14 years old, decided to opt for a Euro Delivery. We have moved to Olympia, WA but wanted to still work with BMW Portland as they have always been super with service and support. We met with David and he was great to work with. The whole process was easy and fun. Everything very clearly laid out and straightforward. David answered all of our (endless) questions or got them answered from the US main office for European Delivery. It was all very smooth. We also wanted a very specific date for pick-up (Monday after Oktoberfest 1st weekend). We were worried it may be a busy day, but David got our reservation in first thing when the time window allowed and we were all set. My sister and her husband were also doing a Euro Delivery last fall with an out of state dealer. We would regularly compare notes. Their experience sounded awful, unclear pricing and requirements, unanswered questions, extra dealer fees asked for, to help "cover their costs". We were so happy with our purchase and delivery, lucky to be working with David and BMW Portland. More

Excellent Experience as Usual With an Added Bonus - Eric! At the end of the usual smooth delivery process by my sales associate, I was offered the opportunity to meet with the dealership's "BMW Genius" which At the end of the usual smooth delivery process by my sales associate, I was offered the opportunity to meet with the dealership's "BMW Genius" which was new to me even though I've owned several BMW's over the years. I was given Eric Devier's contact information and an appointment was made for me. I met with Eric and he was very friendly and made me feel at ease right away. We went to the car and proceeded to begin the review process. Most of my questions were regarding improvements to the navigation system and for features on this car that I didn't have before. Eric was completely knowledgeable about all aspects of the car and it's systems. He took his time and didn't make me feel rushed or like I had a set time limit with him. He made sure I understood everything and told me to contact him at anytime with any additional questions or even to review again something we had gone over during this visit. Eric is a true asset to this dealership and I'm glad he is available to answer my questions. I would highly recommend that others take the opportunity to meet with him even if they have owned many BMW's like myself. He truly is a "genius" about BMW's! More

When I arrived, it was outside in the cold, and I was the first one to start it that day as promised. After taking the time to allow me to test drive it twice, Dean was very helpful during the negotiating process. When I returned to pick up the car, it was cleaned up and ready as promised - with a full tank of gas. Overall, this was the most pleasant experience I have had purchasing from a dealership. More

In today's information rich internet environment, some Client “CAR BUYING MADE SIMPLE” Yes - you read the title correctly- "Car Buying Made Simple". In today's information rich internet environment, some Client Advisors still believe that they can do the whole Wizard of Oz - "pay no attention to the man behind the curtain" - wizardry where they rave about MSRP, below invoice, other buyers looking at your car, and some even want you to believe the dealership is losing money by selling you the car at the price they are selling it - and then there is David Padgalskas. He understands the information available to consumers and does his best to cut through all that wizardry and just help achieve the goals of the buyer which is to get into one of the finest made vehicles available at a fair price that puts value in the hands of the buyer and a couple bucks in the dealership's hands so they can afford to be there when you are ready to buy anew. And do so in a respectful, intelligent, and cooperative way. Our first contact with David Padgalskas came through a popular BMW forum where he was highlighted by members as a 'Go To Guy' for BMW. We never purchased a car sight unseen over the internet before and were reasonably cautious about doing so. But David made it comfortable. He worked hard to locate the car we wanted and then commenced to put together a deal that we felt accomplished both our goals. He was diligent in his communications, got back to us when he said he would and had the car ready for us when we took the trip to take delivery of it. He even has contacted us several times to see how our experience is with the car and offer his assistance with any questions. Would we recommend David to friends and family? …already have and will continue to do so. Would we buy a car from David again? …plan to next Summer. Every new car buyer has an experience with buying a new car - some experiences are bad and we all know how many people they tell THAT story to. Some experiences are good - and that story generally goes untold. A few are truly exceptional. And THAT story needs to be yelled from the rooftops so those Client Advisors flourish and take market share from those that just don't get it.
