I contacted 7 BMW Dealerships via the Internet, covering most of Oregon, Seattle and Boise Idaho. We had done quite a bit of research, knew what we wanted and David respected that,… and even confirmed some of our decisions. We were not in a hurry, so the communication went back and forth with several of the Dealerships for over 3 weeks. I never felt frustrated or pressured when discussing options with David. He was always patient, courteous, responsive and answered every question we had with total honesty. As we live in Bend, all of our communication prior to picking up the car was done via e-mail or phone, which is exactly how we wanted it. David willing worked with me to find out-of-the-box ways to help reduce our cost and ultimately met our price point. The day we picked up the car, David and BMW Portland, made our convenience and satisfaction their number one priority. They also made it an efficient and surprisingly helpful process. I would strongly recommend David Padgalskas and BMW Portland for anyone interested in buying a new or used BMW. More

He setup my phone, adjusted all the settings, and explained some features I didn't even know I had. His expertise has made my driving experience even better. I was not surprised at great service from Eric.....My wife and I had met Eric last year at the dealership on a busy Saturday. It was so busy that all the official sales people were occupied and so Eric was assigned to us. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in describing the different cars (models as well as new, pre-owned, etc) and on test drives. He really put up with a lot of our questions as well as our kids! We did not buy a car last year, but the excellent treatment we received from Eric is why I went back when it was time to buy. It was great for me that Eric was the "BMW Genius" and helped me with the X1. I was happy when I recognized him from the previous year. The BMW Genius program is fantastic. We've never understood the workings and settings on any car as well as this. Thanks! More
