Really, do you even check these? I have contacted the BBB, my complaint will stay for 3 years. I also contacted BMW of north america and have contacted you and provided direct lines to me to make this right (I was outright ignored). This copy paste response to everything saying your willing to help then giving me the brick wall treatment isn't going to work. I will hit your business where it hurts the most. (Reputation) on every social media front, media, review site, and mass emails to corporate heads far above your own. In addition I will file complaints with the state attorney generals office, and finally if you still wish to brush me off without consideration I can and will retain a lawyer and sue you for fraud, misrepresentation, and any other civil or even criminal penalties that are deemed appropriate. You have had very opportunity to contact me and fix your mistakes or refund my money. Your 5 star rating is a thing of the past unless you work this out.
