We had a malfunctioning loaner that started up randomly and stayed on, even throughout the night. We didn’t know someone called us the car was ready on a Friday. We didn’t know until Tuesday. Important you email the two owners also when car is ready, highly frustrating. Moreover we have spent at least 5k for water leaking through door or sunroof. Other companies do recalls and the customer is not charged. The car is supposed to be high end. We used to like BMW PDX for service but now we don’t even get car cleaned unless we pay. We got a bad deal prior to this with a lease. You took most of our trade in value of a fully loaded Tahoe towards lease plus we paid 7-800 a month. Just all around disappointed. More
