We've been with this dealer even before Lithia took over. We can tell the service is worse and worse. This is our 3rd X5 from Portland BMW. We always bought a life-time free oil change when buying a car. Of We can tell the service is worse and worse. This is our 3rd X5 from Portland BMW. We always bought a life-time free oil change when buying a car. Of course, when we were paying for a car, things were all promised and confirmed they would meet your satisfaction. Currently, if we want to only get an oil change (because our car is still new), they would not loan us a car although it can take up to 4 hrs (have waited at the dealer before) for a routine oil change. They now flat out tell you that, unless we do "other services", they would not do anything more for us. No car wash or vacuum, or even a carwash gift card (we get that from our Honda dealer). I guess buying $65K car does not mean anything anymore. We've learned our lesson. No more a lifetime oil change! More
