My family and I stopped in the dealership to check out a couple of used cars. We were greeted by JT. We told him what we were looking for and showed us a few options. Where do I start? Vince the GM refused the promised service on my vehicle. My father bought the X7 off the lot and within months he passed away. They agreed to fix som Vince the GM refused the promised service on my vehicle. My father bought the X7 off the lot and within months he passed away. They agreed to fix some items when he drove it off the lot at a later time. Now Vince has the audacity to accuse me of lying about my father purchasing the vehicle from the dealership itself and therefore won’t repair any of the agreed upon items. We had the car with them for 3 days before shipping it out to Hawaii and the small checklist included the interior neon light not responding at the driver side door. We get it back and NONE of the driver side interior lighting works anymore been trying to resolve directly for about 6 months and the last convo finally ended with NO, and your dad didn’t purchase the vehicle with SLO BMW according to Vince’s “Records.” Shameful!!!! RIP Dad, I guess your choice of SLO BMW wasn’t quite what we expected. More
