I order a X5 45e in September and was told I would receive the car before the new year. They valued my trade at $39500. In Nov I was told I the car will not arrive until late January. I specifically asked to review the order before it was sent to BMW to make sure it was correct. I was assured they would as they always do. To my surprise the order was submitted and they got it wrong. So they had to resubmit the order which toke an extra 2 weeks. I did not get the X5 until Feb. 6th. When I went in to pick it up they told me my trade was only worth $30000. That's $10000 less then I was quoted. I was very angry and settled on keeping my trade and leasing the X5. Very dishonest sale department and Shad my salesman. I will never do business with them again. More
