Everything was so smooth and seamless, he spent with me pretty much half a day when I was picking my car and went through every little detail including helping me setting MyBMW app and digital key. Then I worked with Randall N. who helped me with all the paperwork. Randall too was very helpful and professional. I appreciate him taking time and explaining everything without rushing or pushing. Even when I just walked in for my appointment with Zach I was greeted by a person at the front desk who was very polite, offered me beverages. This is what I call the next level customer service. I had a very bad experience with other dealerships so my expectations were not high when I came to BMW Seattle first time. I am so glad I did. The team exceeded my expectations over and over again.
