Excellent communication and service with Alexandria in service department. I like the dealership and the service department. A little disappointed in my vehicle X1. It has turbo lag and the techs tried service department. I like the dealership and the service department. A little disappointed in my vehicle X1. I did google if this was a problem with this model and it seems to be a very common issue so it is not just in my head :) I really wanted to love this car but I am not a fan. I have had BMW's in past without issues and this is my only one. More
