A few minor bumps in the financial arrangements made it feel like a lack of communication within the dealership. But the biggest reason for the drop in rating: Disappointment with the condition of the car, a dent in the hood discovered hours after delivery. It was taken back to the dealership (94 mile round trip with no gas added to the tank) for a paintless repair but the job was incomplete and inadequate. I subsequently had it repaired at my own cost with an obviously more competent technician. There was no follow up to check if I was satisfied with the dealership repair nor any form of renumeration offered for accepting an $82,000 damaged vehicle. Not the premium experience I would expect from a BMW dealership. More
